HOW IT STARTED
When I just started training with Robin, I already loved going to the gym. I just had little to no idea what I was doing. Thanks to Robin’s expertise and experience, I learned a lot about different training principles, such as Line of Force, the force-length relationship, torque arms, volume and how to effectively track my progress.
